    Questions people will actually answer

    ColumnWhy it earns its place
PriceRating 1 to 5. Tells you whether the number is landing.
LayoutWhether the rooms work for how people live.
ConditionFlags repairs buyers notice, before they say so in an offer.
Would you make an offer? One yes or no, asked plainly.
CommentsA single wide line, so people write one useful sentence.

Table for a quick tally, form for a proper survey

The free layout is a table with one row per visitor, which is handy when you want to read everything at a glance. If you would rather give each visitor a full page, switch the layout to “Feedback form, one visitor per page” under the page options. That layout is part of Branded Sheets and prints the same questions stacked, with room to write.

Pair it with a sign in sheet

A feedback form does not collect contact details unless you add them. Use the open house sign in sheet for names and phone numbers and this form for opinions, or add a name column here.

    Questions

What questions belong on an open house feedback form?

Ask about price, layout and condition on a scale of 1 to 5, whether they would make an offer, and leave one open comment line. Short forms get filled in; long ones do not.

What is the difference between the table and the form layout?

The table has one row per visitor, like a sign in sheet, and is free. The form layout gives each visitor a full page with the questions stacked, and is part of Branded Sheets.

How many copies should I print?

Print as many as the visitors you expect. The form layout has a copies setting, so ten copies of a one-page form is ten pages.

    Can I change the questions?

Yes. Every column becomes a question. Rename them, change their type, and add more up to your plan’s limit.

Should I hand out the form or leave it on the table?

Handing it to people as they leave gets more replies than a form left on a table. A pen on a clipboard by the door works as well.
