Terms of use

Make and print as many sheets as your plan allows, for your own home, classroom, workplace, event or business.

Using the sheets

• You may print, copy and use the sheets you make.
• Please do not resell the maker itself or its output as a template download.
• You are responsible for the information you collect with a sheet and for following the rules that apply to you, for example about contacting people who gave you their details.

Digital sign-in sheets

• Use them for ordinary sign-ins. Do not ask for passwords, card numbers, government ID numbers, health information or other sensitive details.
• Do not use a sheet to collect details by deception or to send spam.
• Sheets and entries are deleted 90 days after creation. A digital sheet is not a backup: download the CSV if you need the entries longer.
• We may remove a sheet that breaks these terms. Free sheets hold 25 entries.

Paid plans

Branded Sheets and Open House Kit are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars. There is no subscription and no automatic charge. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we never see or store card numbers. Refunds follow the refund policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but a sheet may not suit every purpose. Check a printed sheet before you rely on it.
